Hi,

I'm more than tempted to make an attempt to bring this community forward and try to pump some much needed life back into it.

To achieve this I was thinking of sticking with what I know, and transforming the website (http://darkpinupgirls.com) into a full featured forum / community, allowing members to not only post their pictures but to have sections for how to achieve the dark pinup look, photography/set/hair/makeup tips and tricks, location hunting, model/photographer hookups, right down to a place where people can sell/buy related products to other members etc.

Then to bring it back to the community I would try to figure out some sort of bridge which will post the pictures back to the community so it would ensure the lj community would keep fresh too, so people wouldn't miss out, the livejournal posts would also be automatically crossposted to the website, to keep everything wrapped up neat and tidy.

Obviously I would like a little feedback before I go ahead and put the time and effort into doing this, is it something you think is needed/wanted? would you join up and post?

Thoughts, input?

Was it here that there was a few shots of a one-armed model?

I was recently talking with someone about the idea of a one-armed model and decided to dig up the one I knew about, but the only references I could find with a little Google searching were to Kelly Knox. Alas, I don't think it was Miss Knox, since I seem to recall this person being gothier/punkier than how she tends to be photographed.
